Join Luis Alvarez-Gaume and Ulrich Fuchs, researchers working on the Large Hadron Collider at CERN, as they narrate Seed's first audio slideshow. Listen as the pair discuss the magnitude of the LHC, how it works and why future CERN experiments could revolutionize our understanding of how the universe works.

Luis Alvarez-Gaume is the leader of the CERN Theory Division. His research focuses on quantum properties of black holes. He came to CERN 15 years ago after working at both Harvard and Boston University.

Ulrich Fuchs is an experimentalist working on the ALICE experiment at the LHC. He previously worked at the University of Munich and has been at CERN more than 10 years.
